​Precautions for use (terms of use and disclaimer)

Customers using this training gym should use it after acknowledging the following precautions (terms of use and disclaimer).

  • Please be sure to observe the usage time. Any excess will be billed separately. Failure to do so may result in forced withdrawal.

  • We are operating in one room of a residential building, so please be careful of noise (loud voices and impulsive sounds of equipment) when using it so as not to disturb the residents. . Also, after leaving the room, please be careful not to stay in front of the building and talk in a loud voice.

  • No shoes are allowed in our gym. Please bring indoor shoes.

  • Please refrain from eating. (Portable foods such as protein bars are fine.) Also, please take home large garbage such as plastic bottles.

  • Smoking is prohibited in the facility.

  • It cannot be used for purposes other than training.

  • Feel free to use the air conditioner.

  • Cable broadcasting is always on. You can freely set ON / OFF and channel, but please keep the volume up to 25. Please keep the volume at the same level when watching videos or music using other media.

  • Please feel free to shoot and distribute videos and images while using this gym. (Please pay attention to the volume of your voice)

  • Please refrain from using the facility if you have been drunk or feel unwell.

  • We are not responsible for any injury, damage to the building or equipment, etc. during use. Please note that as a general rule, the full amount will be charged for stains and damages.

  • Payment can only be made by credit card.

  • You can cancel your reservation free of charge until the day before. Please note that cancellation on the day will incur a 100% cancellation fee. (In order not to forget the reservation date and time, a reminder email will be sent to the registered email address 24 hours before the reservation time. It will not be sent to reservations made within 24 hours of the reservation time. )

  • On the day of your reservation, you can change your reservation time free of charge up to 1 minute before your reservation time, but after that time, you will not be able to change it, and you will have to pay the normal usage fee. In addition, it is not possible to change to another date on the same day.

  • Use by other companies is prohibited. We will refuse shooting and tour use as a commercial model.

～Overuse～ 

◎ In the unlikely event that you are late entering the room due to the delay of the previous guest, we will compensate for the damage with the next discount or time service.  
(For the safety of everyone and the maintenance of the facilities, we always check all entrances and exits, so there is no need to declare.) 
 
◎We will always charge a penalty fee to customers who use the excess, regardless of whether or not there is a next customer.  
Please understand that it will be a great inconvenience for the next customer.
If there is no improvement or if there is a large excess, you will not be able to use it in the future.  

Penalty: 500 yen for every 5 minutes 

Please leave the room promptly even after the excess is confirmed.

We will do our best to ensure that everyone who uses our services correctly can spend their time comfortably.  
We hope that everyone will be able to use it comfortably without any delays. Thank you for your cooperation.
